Officers were called to Recreational Park on Lauser Road after a member of the public reported suspicious activity on Thursday.
Two women, 18 and 20 years old and a 17-year-old boy all from Ashford were arrested on suspicion of stealing two mopeds.
They have been released on bail while enquiries are ongoing.
