The event sees participants don home-made bras and trek 26 miles through the streets of the capital overnight.
The challenge, into its 26th year, was created by charity Walk the Walk which raises money to distribute to other breast cancer causes.
A number of landmarks including Somerset House and Battersea Power Station will be lit up in pink to spur walkers on.
