Wednesday marks the one month countdown to The Great River Race, where the winners will be crowned in Richmond.

This Wednesday marks the one-month countdown to The Great River Race taking place next month.

Over 2,500 competitors will travel towards and into South West London, and its winners will be crowned in Richmond.

Classifying itself as ‘London’s River Marathon’, boat enthusiasts will take to the Thames, with each boat carrying a 3 x 2 ft. flag.

With it’s first in 1988, it is now celebrating over 30 years of races.
