One victim reported having his mobile “swiped” out of his hand outside M&S on Wednesday evening as he was on a call.
He says the suspect was riding an e-bike.
In another instance, a woman reported having her phone knocked out of her hand as she crossed the road outside Boots in a failed grab.
The Met Police says all thefts should be reported via 101 or Met Engage.
