There’s a warning the UK’s efforts to fight global warming are at risk because of delays to put in place eco-friendly measures.

Campaign group Friends of the Earth has bases in Richmond, Merton and Wandsworth.

It says there has been “limited delivery” on the 10 urgent asks by the independent advisory Climate Change Committee.

The UK’s current target is to reach net zero emissions by 2050.
