There has been another pollution leak into the Beverley Brook at Wimbledon Common.

Royal Parks Police are advising people not to enter the river until the situation is resolved.

As the Brook continues through Richmond Park, visitors are also being urged to keep their dogs out of the water.

In August last year, a burst mains pipe in Kingston Hill caused a similar contamination of the river.
