The UK Statistics Authority says it’s not supported by publicly available data.
In a letter to Twickenham MP Munira Wilson, the UKSA chairman says the data on households who have a car that meet the standards isn’t available.
A spokesperson for Sadiq Khan says that that further data should have been provided when requested.
