There are calls for senior managers at Croydon Tramlink to lose their performance-related bonuses.

Lib Dem transport spokesperson Hina Bokhari has written to TFL boss Andy Lord to outline her concerns.

She says strikes, engineering works and tram shortages have resulted in an “abysmal service.”

Ms Bokhari claims that since new year, passengers on the New Addington and Elmers End branches have been effectively cut off.
