Ofwat is looking at the service provided by South East Water because it’s worried “too many customers have been failed too often.”
South East Water is a UK supplier of drinking water to 2.2 million consumers in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire and is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Meanwhile, Scottish Water says a strike planned for this weekend has been suspended after late-night talks on a new pay structure resulted in a new offer.
