Two 16-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of a weapon and have been bailed.
19-year-old Rhys Huskinson has been charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon and is due in court today.
Police continue to appeal for witnesses and information, with officers maintaining a visible presence in and around the area.
