The Ultra Low Emission Zone is expanding across all London boroughs from next Tuesday, including many across south west London.

Drivers of older, more polluting cars will have to pay £12.50 a day to drive within the ULEZ zone, which will include Heathrow Airport.

A coalition of councils, including in Surrey, unsuccessfully challenged the expansion.

The change aims to reduce deaths related to air pollution, where the greatest number occur in outer London.
