The Reform Party has won big at the Addlestone by-election.

Candidates Scott Kelly and Sam Newman won two Runnymede Borough Council seats.

Kelly also took a Surrey County Council seat.

They’ll join Conservative Cllr Steve Eldridge in representing Addlestone South.
