The Poppy Factory helped a record number of veterans into employment last year.

The charity, based in Richmond, has published its annual impact report.

363 ex-service personnel across the UK started jobs with the Poppy Factory’s support, which is a 14% increase on the previous year.

Demand for the charity’s employment service has also continued to grow with 613 new registrations over the period.
