Surrey Fire and Rescue Service has accepted an offer from building owner, Surrey Police to continue using the current site until 2026.
The service has said the current building is not fit for purpose and put seven proposals in total out to public consultation.
They included plans to move firefighters and engines to Godstone.
More than 500 people responded.
