Grade II listed Warren House Hotel was built in 1865 and sits within Coombe’s private Warren Road estate.
It has been under Sun Hotel Limited ownership since 2020, which says Warren House has been operating at a loss for the last 25 years.
Bosses say for it to survive, it needs to add another 77 bedrooms to its current 46 as well as changes to the landscaping.
