The meeting comes after some have called for the street carnival to be moved to a designated area next year.
This year’s carnival saw a spate of stabbings, a sexual assault on a police officer and 300 tonnes of rubbish cleaned from the roads.
The public meeting is taking place from 6.30pm to 8pm at The Tabernacle in Powis Square.
