The oldest quarters at Hampton Court Palace have reopened to the public today.

The Wolsey Rooms closed in 2019 but are back with an immersive display featuring a number of 16th century artworks and objects.

The rooms were occupied by Thomas Wolsey, Henry VIII’s chief minister, when he owned Hampton Court in the 1520s.

But curator and historian, Brett Dolman, says there are many undiscovered stories about other key figures waiting to be told.
