It’s been given the green light by Croydon Council’s planning department and supported by the Purley Community.
The three buildings of the former dairy on the Brighton Road which have locally listed frontages will be sensitively repaired and restored.
The plan supports Executive Mayor Jason Perry’s priority for regeneration by attracting inward investment and job creation.
