The new owner of Chelsea has partly bought the Golden Globes.

Todd Boehly’s company, Eldridge Holdings, has teamed up with Dick Clark Productions to take over the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The company sold-off its assets and rights to the awards after controversy in recent years, including over a lack of diversity.

Dick Clark Productions will now plan, host and produce the annual ceremony.
