The MP for Croydon East, Natasha Irons, has said the lack of public consultation over cuts to youth services is an ‘insult’.

She said the Council’s approach shut out the very voices that should have been heard.

The Youth Engagement Team provides support and education services to young people living in Croydon, as well as their families.

The council says they are seeking to change the service to maximise help and support for the young people who need it most.
