Councillor Nancy Baldwin led a procession from York House to St Mary’s Church earlier this month.
The service focused on her theme for the year, supporting people who have had to leave their homes and seek safety elsewhere.
Richmond Council says it wants everyone to feel welcome and be part of the community.
