The final full closure of the junction for the ongoing £317 million works follows the full closure of Heathrow Airport yesterday.
National Highways says the last Wisley Interchange closure on the 7th of March was one of its busiest.
This weekend is expected to be similar because of airport travellers trying to navigate their way around the Heathrow incident.
