A report found Jane Dodds made a “grave error” in how she handled a sexual abuse case while working for the Church of England.
The leader of the party and MP for Kingston and Surbiton said: “[she should] think about what else she may need to do.”
Ms Dodds says she has the confidence of the Welsh board and will “continue fighting for the people of Wales”.
