Bianca Effemey was handed the investiture by the Princess Royal.
Bianca, from Kingston, was awarded an OBE in the King’s first Birthday Honours List earlier this year.
It’s in recognition of her services to young people with life-challenging conditions after setting up Momentum in 2004.
