Thames Water customers are being urged to keep saving water, as drought conditions continue despite the arrival of autumn.

A hosepipe ban remains in place, with London’s reservoirs at just 54% capacity on the 6th of October.
The ground is the driest it’s been since 2001, and sustained rainfall is needed to replenish water supplies.
We are being encouraged to take shorter showers, fix leaks and avoid running washing machines and dishwashers until they’re full.
