Sutton’s MP says a scheme to reimburse some Royal Marsden patient’s ULEZ fee doesn’t go far enough.

Paul Scully has written to Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, about exempting the cancer hospital from the scheme.

The £12.50 daily charge applies to the most polluting vehicles but there is an NHS scheme that exempts some hospital patients.

However, Mr Scully says it’s not good enough.
