Sutton United have announced that a graduate of the academy side has signed a professional contract with them.

18-year-old Jack Taylor was an important member of the Academy team last season, when he also played in the Surrey Senior Cup.

The club said his rise through the ranks was a testament to the quality of the academy team.

Jack said: ”It’s something I’ve been working towards since I started playing when I was about four or five, I’m over the moon.”
