23-year-old Harrison Sullivan is wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to several driving offences in Virginia Water in March.
He has links to Essex but is believed to have left the country.
Officers say although they need the public’s help, they are making a direct appeal to Sullivan to return and cooperate with authorities.
