Surrey Police are appealing for help to find a 37-year-old man from Thornton Heath.
Ceiron Howlett is wanted in connection with a series of thefts from motor vehicles in Caterham.
Howlett is described as a black man about 6’2” in height with a slim build and tattoos of a star and teardrops on his face.
