The network of hubs, now known as Warm Welcome venues, support residents who are most affected by the cost-of-living and energy crisis.
The initiative was started last year.
Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell, Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede and Spelthorne are among the areas where the seventy-six centres are located.
