Staff at the British Museum in London are striking for six days next month in a long-running dispute over pay, pensions and jobs.

Members of the Battersea-based Public and Commercial Services union will walk out from the 11th of July.

It says the museum’s refusing to implement the government’s recommendation to pay workers a lump sum of £1,500 to help with the cost-of-living crisis.
