Staff at Heathrow are getting a 3.5% pay rise.

The agreement is part of negotiations between the airport and GMB Union.

Staff will receive the increase on their basic salary, shift pay and allowances backdated to the 1^st of January.

The airport has also committed to continue to honour the London Living Wage.
