Spelthorne saw house prices increase higher than inflation more than anywhere else in Surrey in the space of a year.

That’s according to new analysis of the Land Registry data.

The area includes Ashford, Sunbury, and Staines.

However, the report also showed that property prices in Spelthorne remain the cheapest in the county.
