The aim is to warn other road users of a blue light situation to help improve road safety.
SECAmb, the ambulance service for Surrey, Kent and Sussex, will go live with the technology on Monday.
Drivers will soon also be able to receive the alerts, potentially in advance of seeing or hearing a vehicle’s blue lights and sirens.
