Seven-time champion Serena Williams will make her highly-anticipated comeback at Wimbledon next week, against Australian Maya Joint in the first round.

The 44-year-old has been given a wildcard entry to restart her singles career.

With Williams also due to play in the doubles alongside her sister Venus, American tennis pro Ryan Harrison has told Sky Sports News, it’ll be a tough few weeks for Serena:
