Safety officers are taking to the streets of Croydon at school times to help children starting their new term.

They’ve also been visiting transport hubs and colleges to provide support and advice to youngsters about how to stay safe.

The work is part of the council’s Town Centre Taskforce.

This is a partnership with organisations including the police and community and voluntary groups aimed at keeping the streets safe.
