Royal Mail has launched an investigation into the Post Office delivery office in New Malden High Street.

The move follows numerous complaints from residents over the past few weeks about the state of the service.

People claim mail has not been delivered while others say items like vehicle tax reminders have turned up late.

Residents who have been affected by the situation are being urged to report it to their councillor.
