Oppenheimer has dominated this year’s Oscars nominations, receiving 13 nods.
British filmaker Christopher Nolan’s epic is in contention for Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Original Score as well as acting awards for Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr and Emily Blunt.
Born and raised in Roehampton, Emily is the niece of Reigate MP, Crispin Blunt.
It’s followed by Poor Things which is up for 11 prizes and Killers of the Flower Moon with 10.
The 96th Academy Awards will take place on the 10th of March in LA.
