Richmond Park’s MP is calling on the Government to scrap the fees charged to victims who want to obtain transcripts of their court cases.

Sarah Olney’s campaign comes after she was approached by constituent Juliana Terlizzi.

Ms Terlizzi was drugged and raped by her then-boyfriend in 2020 and he was later convicted in court.

But she waived her right to anonymity after being charged more than £7,000 to obtain transcripts of the 10-day trial.
