Richmond Council’s working on ways to make its borough a safer place.

As part of Hate Crime Awareness Week an event was held last Monday at the Access Project in Whitton.

The event saw the Hate Crime co Ordinator, Community Safety Officer and Serious Violence Officer answer questions from residents

It was a reminder of the importance of reporting hate crime and learn the differences of the types of crime.
