Richmond Council has launched a new campaign film showing members of the public how they can help women and girls in trouble.

The short video shows a scenario of young woman on a bad date.

It puts the spotlight on the opportunities where a ‘bystander’ can take action to help.

The authority says a key commitment is to tackle the harmful behaviour of some men towards women and girls.
