The fund is an opportunity for individuals to offer ideas on projects they would like to happen across the borough.
Previous projects have included a new roof at the Diamond Centre Riding School and a new course at Grove Park Mini Golf.
The deadline is Sunday 30th July, with all the details on the council website.
