Rail services in some parts of the country have ground to a halt, with the first of three train strikes this week.

A 24-hour walkout by members of the driver’s union Aslef is underway.

There is further action planned on the network on Friday and Saturday.

It will affect people planning to go to the Epsom Derby and the FA Cup Final.
