Radio Jackie is celebrating a 20 year return to the airwaves.

Midday marks the time 20 years ago that Radio Jackie returned to the airwaves.

We began life as a pirate station in 1969 but were forced to close-down in 1985.

However, after an 18-year hiatus, we returned to the airwaves, legally, at noon on October the 19^th 2003.
