Lydia Meredith

Lydia is originally from the West Midlands and now lives in West London.

She loves the outdoors, painting and being creative and has been trying to get into outdoor swimming, describing herself as a ‘fair weather swimmer.

Her favourite parts of South West London are the lovely leafy parks and the riverside pubs. She’ll have a gluten-free pint!
