Police were called to reports of an altercation at an address in Fernwood Avenue just before 2:30 on Friday afternoon.
A man in his 50s was found unresponsive at the scene and was taken to hospital; police were informed on Saturday that he had died.
A 38-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
