A man in his 20s was approached by a stranger outside the campus library at Royal Holloway University on Saturday the 1st June.
He was punched in the face some time between 1am and 3am and was taken to hospital for medical treatment for several fractures.
Anyone who witnessed or has information on this incident is urged to contact police on 101.
