Adam Glanville was believed to be with his mother, Karima Mahmoud.
The 44 year old, was in breach of a court order and is due to appear at the Central Family Court on Monday.
Two men in their 50s have also been traced and arrested on suspicion of child abduction.
They have both been bailed pending further enquiries.
A third man, also aged in his 50s, was arrested on suspicion of child abduction he has been bailed pending further enquiries.
