32 year old Joshua Miller is accused of murder, while 27-year-old Jamie Cooper is charged with preventing a lawful burial.
The pair, both from Wandsworth, are due in court today after being remanded in custody.
The investigation began after officers were called to Kingfisher Court, with a man’s body later found in Kent.
