A 32 year man was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken into custody.
Another 27 year old man and three woman in their 30’s were also arrested on suspicion of assisting the assailant and remain in custody.
21 year old Rico was found with gunshot wounds on Shuttleworth road but died at the scene on the 5th October.
